Mental Control. This is for you and me. This decides the behaviour of humanity. This decides how we live. This decides our condition, between the happiness and sadness.  And, winning and losing. Better knowledge of the mental control manipulation techniques, mental control exercises will go a long way in shaping our life; and, in coping with the day to day hectic activities. We can learn mental control; by learning and applying mental control techniques, we can improve our lives. We can have better control over our spouse. We can dominate others.
